These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the Me-Mover webshop.


2. Choice of Law and Jurisdiction

All contracts are governed by Danish law.
Disputes shall be brought before the courts of Denmark.

Note: EU and US consumer protection laws may provide additional rights as outlined below.


3. Products

These Terms apply to all products sold in the Me-Mover online store (“Products”).

3.1 Me-Mover Packages, Ambassador programs and other.

Disclaimer

  • The Me-Mover Care Package+ includes a commercial extended warranty provided in addition to statutory consumer rights, which remain unaffected.

  • Services included in the package (video call, exercise program, ambassador guidance) are non-refundable.

  • The exercise program and usage guidance are not medical advice and are provided for general guidance only. Consult a healthcare professional before starting any new exercise routine.

  • Ambassador and referral benefits are subject to separate program terms. Commissions are not guaranteed and participants are responsible for complying with local tax and disclosure requirements.

  • Ambassadors are not employees or legal representatives of Me-Mover and may not make binding commitments on behalf of the company.

  • Discounts and referral rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable, and subject to stated validity periods

 


4. Orders & Pre-Orders

4.1 Order Information

Customers must provide accurate and up-to-date shipping, billing, and contact information.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information.

4.2 Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an order receipt.
This is not an order confirmation.
A binding purchase agreement exists only once we send your order confirmation.

Processing time for in-stock items can take up to 72 hours (excluding weekends & public holidays).

4.3 Right to Refuse Orders

We may cancel an order if:

  • the product is unavailable

  • there is incorrect pricing or technical error

  • fraud or irregularities are suspected

If cancellation occurs after payment, a full refund will be issued.


5. Prices, VAT & Duties

5.1 Currency

  • Denmark: DKK

  • EU: EUR

  • USA/Canada/World: USD

5.2 VAT & Duties

  • EU customers: Prices include 25% Danish VAT. No import duties for EU recipients.

  • Non-EU customers (including Switzerland, US, Canada): Prices exclude VAT & duties.
    Local customs/VAT charges may apply depending on the country.

Estimated duty charges range between 5-15%.

5.3 Pricing Errors

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected.

5.4 Best price guarantee

We guarantee that you pay the best price for 60 days for your Me-Movers. Accessories are not included. This guarantee does not apply to stock clearance sales, last year models/demos/refurbished units. or special seasonal promotions (e.g. Christmas Calendar special).


6. Delivery & Shipping

6.1 Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 72 hours for in-stock products.

6.2 Delivery Estimates

  • Europe: 1–5 business days

  • Outside Europe: 5–8 business days (depends on courier & customs)

6.3 Customs Requirements (Non-EU)

Couriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.) may request additional documents (e.g., ID, tax number).

Failure to provide this information may cause delays or extra fees, which will not be covered by Me-Mover.


7. Right of Withdrawal / Return Policy

Below are two regional versions, depending on the customer's location:


7A. EU Customers — Withdrawal Rights

7A.1 Right to Withdraw

EU consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods (or 30 days if explicitly stated in a promotion).

7A.2 Return Condition

  • Product must be returned with all components and original packaging.

  • Minor test-ride marks are acceptable.

  • Damage (scratches, cracks, missing parts) may reduce the refund.

7A.3 Refunds

  • Refund issued within 14 days after we receive the goods.

  • Initial shipping cost is refunded.

  • Customer covers return shipping.

  • Refund is issued via original payment method.

7A.4 Excluded Items

  • Demo units

  • Refurbished units

  • Last-year/clearance models

7A.5 How to Withdraw

7B. US & Canada Customers — Return Policy (30 Days)

7B.1 Return Period

US & Canadian customers may return a product within 30 days of delivery.

7B.2 Return Condition

  • Product may show minor usage marks

  • Severe scratches, cracks, or missing components may reduce the refund

  • Product must be returned in original packaging

7B.3 Refunds

  • Refund issued within 14 business days of inspection

  • Return shipping is paid by customer

  • If we arrange return shipping, cost is deducted from refund

7B.4 Excluded Items

  • Demo units

  • Refurbished units

  • Clearance models

7C. Rest of world — Return Policy (14 Days)

7C.1 Return Period

US & Canadian customers may return a product within 30 days of delivery.

7C.2 Return Condition

  • Product may show minor usage marks

  • Severe scratches, cracks, or missing components may reduce the refund

  • Product must be returned in original packaging

7C.3 Refunds

  • Refund issued within 14 business days of inspection

  • Inbound & outbound shipping is paid by customer

  • If we arrange return shipping, cost is deducted from refund

  • Clearance models


8. Warranty & Non-Conforming Goods

8.1 EU Warranty 

EU customers are covered by a 2-year statutory conformity warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act.

This covers:

  • defects present at delivery

  • faults appearing within 2 years due to manufacturing issues

8.2 US/Canada Warranty

US/Canadian customers are covered by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects (Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act compliant). 

8.3 Warranty Exclusions

Warranty does not cover:

  • misuse or accidents

  • failure to follow the User Manual

  • normal wear and tear

  • improper modifications

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Me-Mover is not liable for:

  • indirect or consequential damages

  • losses from misuse or improper handling

  • courier delays

  • duties or customs handling fees

Maximum liability equals the amount paid for the product.


10. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, war, etc.).
