Me-Mover Refund Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days
If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in good condition, with only minor signs of use, and must be returned in the original packaging.
Please note: Severely scratched, cracked, or damaged components will not be accepted.
Contact us if you are unsure whether your product qualifies.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.


Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be issued to your original method of payment within 14 business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the processing period, please contact us at account@me-mover.com.
Include “Refund Status” in the subject line for faster assistance.


Sale Items

Demo units, refurbished units, and discounted sale items cannot be returned and are not eligible for refunds.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.

If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at support@me-mover.com for instructions on how and where to return the product.

Gifts

If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of the returned item.
Once the item is received, a digital gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the gift was given to you by someone who had it shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.


Shipping Returns

Before returning any product, please contact our service department. We will provide instructions and the appropriate return address.

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you prefer, we can arrange the return shipping on your behalf. In that case, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the receipt of returned items.
