The order will be processed within 72 hours and prepared for shipment, if you purchased in-stock products unless indicated otherwise.

Under normal circumstances, shipment within Europe take between 1-5 business days.

Shipments outside Europe may take 5-8 business days depending on the courier’s capacity, backlog of orders, or alike. Please ensure to track your order to ensure a speedy delivery. Please remember that deliveries can be delayed by the freight forwarder, especially during December and January.

A courier/customs agent (e.g. Fedex) may at times require additional information (i.e. Social Security number for tax purposes) and further delay the shipment. It is the customer’s responsibility to act upon such a request. Any additional shipping costs because of neglecting or not providing additional information to the courier or customs agents in a timely manner will not be covered by Crosstepper Me-Mover. Shipping means here freight only. 

Note: Shipments to remote destination/ islands will lead to an additional shipping cost or we may cancel the order. Puerto Rico or Military bases are not considered part of the US standard shipping zone.
